Pampered & Twisted performs services on children ages 3 and up, as well as adults. If booking the appointment for a child between the ages of 3 and 5, please book your appointment with Natural Hair Stylist, Nai.

At Pampered & Twisted, hair styling is a collaboration between stylist and client. We want you to leave our salon satisfied and happy. Knowing how to prepare for your appointment is a key part of your natural hair styling success.

Extension hair for protective styling services (such as box braids, crochet braids, or havana twists) must be provided by the client. If you're unsure of the type of hair to purchase, please email us at for assistance.

Please arrive with your hair free of heavy oils/grease, twists, braids, or dirt/debris from recently removed extensions. An additional service fee will be applied to hair that is excessively tangled, matted, or dirty. Your appointment may need to be canceled (and charged accordingly) if your hair requires additional prep time.

If you're booked for a service that does not include shampoo and condition service, it is imperative that you arrive with clean hair that has been freshly shampooed, conditioned, and detangled within 24 hours of your scheduled service. If visible residue and/or buildup is observed on your hair and/or scalp, you may be charged an additional service fee, or your service may be cancelled.

Prepare your child for their visit by letting them know what to expect. They will be required to sit for an extended amount of time and telling them before their appointment will prepare them for what to expect. Depending on the service, they may also be required to sit under the dryer. Please bring small, hand-held toys and/or mobile devices to keep them occupied for the duration of their visit.


Consultations are included with each of our services. They are complimentary and designed to improve our overall service and your salon experience. The consultation is a 5-10 min conversation with a staff member to determine your hair care needs, desired results, length of time for service and pricing.


All booked services require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that must be paid online by credit card at the time of appointment booking.

Remaining balances must be paid at the salon after services are completed. For payment of balances, Pampered & Twisted accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, or cash. No checks, please.


Salon clients who are no-shows or who cancel appointments at the last minute cost beauty professionals thousands of dollars each year, in addition to lost time, energy and frustration. Appointments are made in order to give a great service so you don't have to wait for hours to receive your service. ​

If you must cancel please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or you will be charged for the missed visit.

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s).

‘NO-SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of the service amount.

If you are more than 15 minutes LATE, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and/or charge you a late fee.


We encourage you to not bring children or extra guests who are not being serviced in the salon. Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.  Pampered & Twisted reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.


Changing styles from a more expensive style to a less expensive one on the same day, will result in no price reduction.


We do not issue refunds on Salon Services.  Our stylists pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. They are all professional, educated, experienced and will provide you with the best hair care service possible.

However, if you are not satisfied with the results of any salon service, please let your stylist know before leaving the salon. We offer a one-time adjustment at no additional charge within 3-business days of service with the same stylist. We require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually assessed.
